WELLBEATS format channels offer a robust library to target all main styles of exercise offering classes of various time length, instructor, and difficulty within each channel. Our research shows that increased quantity of classes does not translate to increased engagement, but WELLBEATS Integrated Content System helps participants navigate towards the right classes that will serve their unique goal, preference or condition. Each of our channels offers an educational Tutorial to guide participants through the lingo, moves, and equipment used for that format.
WHATS IN A WELLBEATS CHANNEL
Our ten WELLBEATS formats offer a robust library to target all main styles of group exercise.  The nature of our class structure is designed so that participants of any fitness level can start where they are comfortable and progress smartly.

Each channel contains a Tutorial, Basic class, Static classes that stay on the kiosk indefinitely, and Refresh classes that get updated regularly!

BASIC
Our ten WELLBEATS formats offer a robust library to target all main styles of group exercise.  The nature of our class structure is designed so that participants of any fitness level can start where they are comfortable and progress smartly.

Each channel contains a Tutorial, Basic class, Static classes that stay on the kiosk indefinitely, and Refresh classes that get updated regularly!

STATIC VS REFRESH
Static classes stay on the kiosk indefinitely allowing participants to revisit their favorites, master the moves and test fitness progression. Refresh classes get updated regularly throughout the year to keep workouts fresh, challenging and exciting!
MULTI OPTION INSTRUCTION
With three instructors on screen at all times coaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced options, each WELLBEATS class is doable for a wide range of fitness levels.
VARIOUS TIME LENGTHS
Whether participants have a full hour, or just 20 minutes to workout, WELLBEATS offers classes of various time lengths in each format to provide even greater flexibility. Users can be in and out of an efficient 20 minute eXpress class, or pair multiple formats together to get a more well-rounded session.
PERIODISATION
Bodies need to be continually challenged or “surprised” on a regular basis with periodization, or new combinations of movement and training activities, to avoid a training plateau. Offering variety among our various genres is important as well as offering variety WITHIN any given genre. Each channel contains various classes that complement each other. A participant may only know that they are trying the newest Rev cycling class, but we know we’re helping them round out their training with a new focus on hills, speed, strength training or endurance!

PURPOSEFUL PLAY
Purposeful Play classes include basic movement patterns and locomotor skills appropriate for this age group, setting children up for quality of functional motion.  Story telling by the instructor sets the stage for kids to interact with others, act out the story using specific activities to help the child relate to moving is fun!

GenFit includes 3-age demographics with a variety of age-appropriate, fun, fitness activities to help kids relate to ‘moving is fun!’ Each age grouping includes basic movement patterns and locomotor skills appropriate for the age group, setting kids up for quality of functional motion.
