Our passion at WELLBEATS is to empower youth with a love for movement by making it fun, explorative, social and engaging. Whether 3 or 14, needing athletic improvement or just a foundation for healthy living, our various WELLBEATS Formats offer creative, kid-friendly approaches to exercise that will greatly empower the next generation of health seekers.
AMAZING CLASSES TO ENGAGE AND ENJOY

PURPOSEFUL PLAY
Purposeful Play classes include basic movement patterns and locomotor skills appropriate for this age group, setting children up for quality of functional motion. Story telling by the instructor sets the stage for kids to interact with others, act out the story using specific activities to help the child relate to moving is fun!

GENERATION FIT
GenFit includes 3-age demographics with a variety of age-appropriate, fun, fitness activities to help kids relate to ‘moving is fun!’ Each age grouping includes basic movement patterns and locomotor skills appropriate for the age group, setting kids up for quality of functional motion.

A KIDS PROGRAM THATS FITNESS IN DISGUISE
Fitness Made Fun – kids programming is fitness in disguise. Jen McCook brings her infectious personality to this energetic series, empowering kids with skills and tools to increase motor development, athleticism, and physical conditioning – in a truly unique and innovative way!
