In addition to releasing classes throughout the year, WELLBEATS offers workout plans that we’ve written to help participants utilise the classes we offer to move towards a specific goal such as stress relief or weight loss. Workout Plans appear on the kiosk as their own unique channel and are accompanied by a workout calendar.
WHY WORKOUT PLANS
WELLBEATS workout plans are a great way for facilities to help promote like-minded affinity groups and keep them accountable as they move towards a specific goal. Whether you want to maintain weight through the holidays, shed some pounds before beach season, or train smartly before a sporting event – WELLBEATS has a variety of written workout plans to help users make smart choices and keep them engaged in their fitness routine. Our robust library of plans does not have to be overwhelming if you have experts guiding the way!
HOW TO USE THE WORKOUT PLANS
Take advantage of WELLBEATS Workout Plans to offer either as a free amenity for your participants or as a premium offering. WELLBEATS makes it easy to market the workout plan with resources for both facilities and participants.
Let participants take classes on their own time or set classes to automatically play at specific times throughout the week so that groups know when they can participate together!
This 4-week workout plan is designed to relieve stress and tension build-up, caused by the everyday pressures of a busy lifestyle. When dealing with stress, some need to power down, relax and recoup. Others carry such elevated levels of anxiety that they prefer a high intensity training session to blow off steam. This program offers options each day based on what you need to de-stress.
This 8-week workout plan is a high-intensity, push-your-limits plan designed to help you get in the best shape of your life. Over the next two months, you can expect to be challenged and inspired by our team of trainers who are dedicated to supporting you, whether you’re looking to bust a plateau or achieve a new level of performance.
KETTLE STRONG/KETTLE POWER
This 5-week workout plan has been designed for you if you are new to exercise, have not experienced kettlebell and/or barbell training, or if you want to experience a new twist to this style of training which is sure to be a challenge. The classes we’ve chosen for you are based on a solid, progressive training style inter-mixing both Kettle Power and Bar Strong training methodologies.
MAINTAIN DONT GAIN
How do you beat the “holiday bulge”? We make it simple with this easy to follow, 4-week workout plan, designed to give you an efficient workout in just 20 minutes, with days off in-between for busy shopping and holiday partying. The classes we’ve chosen are meant to give you a total body workout to help maintain your current fitness level, and annihilate mega calories!
This 8-week POUNDS OFF! workout plan has been designed specifically for you if you are brand new to exercise, or if you have not exercised in the last 6-12 months. The classes we have chosen are based on the science of weight loss and proven to be the most effective way to take the POUNDS OFF! and keep them off.
This 4-week workout plan is designed to help you release tight, stiff muscles along with any stress and tension that you carry in your body. Our expert instructors will guide you through dynamic, fluid movements to increase your joint mobility, flexibility, circulation and body awareness. You’ll leave breathing easier, feeling revitalized and invigorated.
